The Life of the Church in Evangelism

Questions for Discussion:

1. Describe the role you play in the life of Grace Bible Church? How are you “intentionally helping another follow Jesus more?”

2. Where could you engage more in the life of this church? Why does this church need you? Why do you need this church?

3. What are some reasons you are not more involved in the life of the church? Are these good or bad reasons?

4. Think about the one-anothers. Are these commands, or are they optional? What implications does this have for your walk with Christ?

5. How does the life of the church affect evangelism? Think through some of the one-anothers. How would these be a testimony to the gospel?

6. Do you think your involvement in the lives of other believers is a good testimony to the gospel? In what ways? How could it improve?

7. Can you think of any testimonies that illustrate the principle we looked at this morning? Share with your group.

8. How does this message connect to the church’s ultimate purpose of glorifying God? Are they at odds? Do they work together? How?
